Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1) Buyer to request for availability of item pior to pre-order.

2) A minimum deposit of 50% will be required for each pre-orderable item.

3) It is not possible to give an exact postage before the release of the item on pre-order.

4) We accept POSB bank transfer or exact cash during meet up.

5) A pre-order is considered secured only when the appropriate amount for deposit or full pre-payment is made. Verbally made pre-orders without the necessary amount deposits do not guarantee that the pre-order is secured.

6) You may of course cancel a pre-order if you so choose. However all cancelled pre-orders that have already been paid for are subject to a 20% processing fee.

7) We will accept cancelation only before the order is dispatched

8) In an occurance of unavalibility after confirmation, Bling Fling™ will refund the deposit fully.

9) Failure to make full-payment for/or collect a pre-ordered item within a reasonable period of 3 weeks of its arrival, may cause the deposit to be forfeited.

We will do the best of our ability attempt to fulfill the order. It does not mean that pre-orders will be fulfilled 100% of the time, as there are many circumstances beyond our control.

10) Additional terms & conditions may take place if Bling Fling™ & the customer agree each other in written form (including E-mail).

11) Bling Fling™ reserves the full right to determine if and when the refunds and/or changes and/or cancellations can be made

12) At all times, Bling Fling™ reserves the right to make any changes on all amendments, descriptions, updates, variations, assortments, prices, etc., as it may deem fit, at its own discretion.

Ans) We would much prefer POSB bank transfer.


Q3) But I don't have a POSB Saving Account or eBanking?
Ans) We do accept exact cash when doing meet-ups


Q4) You stated that you take Paypal on Yahoo Auction.
Ans) Yes, We do accept Paypal. But buyer would have to pay 2% more for the Paypal admin charges


Q5) I kinda like Item "Y" but is it available in other colors?
Ans) Sorry, all available colors are displayed, so what you see are what we could offer

Q6) I kinda like item "Y" but it's sold out.
Ans) Send an email to us and we'll try to bring it back in our next order but it depends.

Q7) Where do you usually do meet-ups?
Ans) We would much prefer Bedok but other location could be arranged at our convenience.

Q8) How much do you charge for postage and handling?
Ans) It has to depend on the item you buy before we could advise you. But we are not responsible for lost of article during postage.

Q9) Can I request for bubble wrapping for my item?
Ans) Yes, we could provide bubble wrapping for a small charge depending on your purchase.


Q10) There's 3 pictures on Item "Y", does that mean that you have 3 pieces?
Ans) Sorry, pictures are for illustration purposes only. Check with us for quantity of items.


Q11) Can I trade something with you for Item "Y"?
Ans) Sorry, we don't do trading.
